The senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Dilip Ghosh today visited Triveni Kumbh Mela, he was highly impressed to know that more than a lakh took holy dip on auspicious Maghi Purnima day and the state government has tried its best to hold the Triveni Kumbh mela peacefully.
The senior BJP leader, answering to the Media, said the allotment of funds by the state government on development issues is insufficient. The central government is all set to provide the necessary funds but the state government lags behind with its share of funds against the fund provided by the central government for the completion of development projects.

The state government has allotted only 1,400 crore for industrial growth, which is insufficient for setting up of large-scale industries, capable of providing massive job opportunities. Maximum allotment of funds is for madrasas, while the allotment of funds for state-run schools is insufficient. Appeasement and vote bank politics is the guiding theme of the entire state Budget, said Mr Ghosh.
